All products are backed with a 100% guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your product and/or service, please contact us at 888.603.1233 or email sales@cabletieexpress.com immediately. We will do everything we can to rectify the situation. 

SAME DAY SHIPPING

Purchase orders received by 3pm EST will ship same day on in stock items. 

PURCHASE ORDERS & CONFIRMATIONS

All purchase orders should be sent to sales@cabletieexpress.com. You will then receive an Order Confirmation email verifying price and ship date within 24 hours. 

PRICING

All prices are subject to change without notification and there is no guarantee of future prices. We accept orders at current pricing in effect at the time of the order. 

MINIMUM PO & ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF PAYMENT

Our minimum PO is $50 and we accept all major credit cards. Terms can be requested by completing credit application and providing resale certificate. Allow 48 hours for set up of account. 

AIR FREIGHT ORDERS

Cable Tie Express will not be responsible for any air freight charges due to the customer’s error. All air freight orders must be confirmed via fax or email prior to shipment. 

INTERNATIONAL FEES

Cable Tie Express will not be responsible for any International Customs charges which include, but are not limited to, taxes, duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, storage fees and freight charges. Unless otherwise specified, UPS brokerage service will be used for all UPS shipments. 

RETURNS

  • All returns must accompany a Return Authorization Form 
  • All requests for returns must be made within 60 days of purchase date 
  • All returns are subject to a 15% - 35% restocking fee 
  • All returns must be in original packaging and sealed to be considered for credit 
  • No returns accepted on the following: 
    • Special packaging
    • Private label products
    • Custom colors
    • Hot stamping orders 

SHIPMENT SHORTAGE

It is the responsibility of the receiver to ensure all product stated on packing slip is received. If you find that your shipment has been shorted, please notify us within 2 days of receipt of shipment. We can then work with our Warehouse Team to resolve any issues.
